Classic Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread (or any sliced bread of choice)
  • 2 slices of muenster cheese (or any sliced cheese of choice)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • several slices of jalapeno or banana peppers (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast slices of bread until slightly browned.
  2. Once toasted, spread each side of each slice of bread with butter.
  3. Place one slice down in a frying pan with heat on medium high.
  4. Place two slices of cheese on top side of bread slice.
  5. For an added kick, sprinkle jalapeno or banana pepper slices over the cheese.
  6. Cover cheese with second slice of bread.
  7. After about two minutes, flip the sandwich over in the pan.
  8. When both slices of bread have a dark brown color and the cheese begins to ooze out of the sides of the sandwich, then it is ready to be eaten. Enjoy.
