Black Sesame Slaw
- 3 cups slaw mix, undressed
- ΒΌ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Toss in slaw mix until evenly coated with dressing.
- Top with black sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!
