Spicy Rubbed Ahi Tuna Steak

Ingredients
  • 2 6-oz Sushi grade tuna teaks
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp course kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp course ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine cayenne pepper, kosher salt, pepper, and black and white sesame seeds.
  2. With your hands, coat both tuna steaks liberally, making sure to cover all sides.
  3. In a dry pan over medium-high heat, sear the tuna steaks for 2.5 minutes on each side so that the inside is pink.
  4. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
