Dill Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs pasta shells, boiled in salt water
  • 4 cans tuna packed in oil, drained
  • 4 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • ½ medium red onion, finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of one lemon
  • ⅓ cup dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and most of the dill.
  2. Mix in the tuna, celery, onion, and peas.
  3. Finally, mix in the pasta shells and garnish with remaining dill.
  4. Enjoy cold or at room temperature.
