Lemony Garlic Chicken With Artichokes

- 4 pieces chicken breasts on the bone (with or without skin)
- 10 whole cloves of garlic
- 1 large lemon sliced into thin rounds
- ½ cup marinated artichokes
- ½ cup white wine
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Place chicken breasts in a deep baking dish.
- Pour garlic cloves, lemon rounds, marinated artichokes, white wine, and salt and pepper evenly over chicken.
- Cover with foil and allow to marinate a minimum of one hour and up to twelve hours in the refrigerator.
- Once chicken is marinated, preheat oven to 375 degrees F and cook for one hour or until chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned on the outside.
