Lemony Garlic Chicken With Artichokes

Ingredients
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts on the bone (with or without skin)
  • 10 whole cloves of garlic
  • 1 large lemon sliced into thin rounds
  • ½ cup marinated artichokes
  • ½ cup white wine
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts in a deep baking dish.
  2. Pour garlic cloves, lemon rounds, marinated artichokes, white wine, and salt and pepper evenly over chicken.
  3. Cover with foil and allow to marinate a minimum of one hour and up to twelve hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Once chicken is marinated, preheat oven to 375 degrees F and cook for one hour or until chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned on the outside.
