Marvelous Macaroni Salad

- 4 cups macaroni, boiled and cooled
- ½ largel red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- ⅔ cup frozen peas, thawed
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, carrots, peas, and macaroni and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 48 hours before serving.
