Smokey Broccoli Slaw

- 4 cups pre-shredded broccoli and carrot mixture
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Toss in broccoli and carrot mixture until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour. Toss and garnish with more smoked paprika.
