In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are coated in dressing. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour before serving.
Garnish with black sesame seeds.
