Ingredients
  • 3 avocados, ripe
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, peeled
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp parsley plus extra for garnish, chopped
Instructions
  1. Scoop the contents of the three avocados, eggs, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and parsley into a medium bowl.
  2. Mash contents with a fork until a paste forms.
  3. Transfer into a smaller bowl and garnish with parsley.
  4. Serve with pita chips or matzah! Enjoy!
