Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

- 1 lb trimmed fresh asparagus
- 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- zest of one lemon
- juice of one lemon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place all ingredients in a gallon-sized zipper bag, seal, and shake until asparagus are evenly coated in marinade ingredients.
- Place asparagus on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
