Ingredients
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup carrot, shredded
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (green and white parts)
  • 1 small package of ramen, *you can use any flavor, because this recipe only calls for the noodles
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Toss in the shredded green and purple cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
  3. Take the dried ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet), and break them into small bite sizes pieces. Toss the noodle pieces into the slaw.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
