Israeli Corn Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups yellow corn kernels
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in corn, red bell pepper, green onion, and dill.
  3. Chill and serve. Enjoy!
