Ingredients
  • Cake Ingredients:
  • 2 & ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 & ¼ cups vegetable oil
  • 1 & ½ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 apples cored, peeled and sliced thin
  • Glaze Topping:
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl (eggs, oil, vanilla).
  3. Combine and blend dry ingredients into wet, and then fold in sliced apples.
  4. Generously spray the bundt pan with non-stick spray and fill pan ¾ full.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
  6. Melt and pour glaze topping over baked and cooled cakes.
