Chocolate Butterscotch Drop Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 18.25 oz box devil’s food cake mix
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 oz bag of butterscotch chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil.
  4. Once cookie dough forms, fold in butterscotch chips.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop to create small cookie rounds.
  6. Place on cookie sheet about one inch apart.
  7. Do not flatten cookie rounds.
  8. Bake for about 8-10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool on pan for about five minutes before placing on a cooling rack to finish cooling.
