Tangy Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 lb tomatillos (without husks)
  • ½ white onion
  • juice of 2 limes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 chopped serrano pepper (without seeds and veins)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process on high for 20 seconds or until it is desired consistency.
  2. Pour into serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
