Tangy Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 lb tomatillos (without husks)
- ½ white onion
- juice of 2 limes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup water
- 1 chopped serrano pepper (without seeds and veins)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and process on high for 20 seconds or until it is desired consistency.
- Pour into serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
