Toss cauliflower in 3 tbsp EVOO, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and roast for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
While the cauliflower is in the oven, mix Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, 1 tbsp EVOO, garlic, dill, parsley, mint, salt and pepper. Chill the sauce until cauliflower is ready,
