Sesame Brussels Sprouts and Shitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts, halved
  • ½ cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, drizzle EVOO and sesame oil, and assemble halved brussels sprouts flat side down. Let them cook for 3 minutes before adding shiitake mushrooms on top of the brussels sprouts. Stir and drizzle soy sauce over the brussels sprouts and mushrooms.
  2. Saute for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  3. Enjoy!
