Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional: 1 tsp course Kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Pour sugar into a small pot over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar melts.
  2. Once the sugar is melted, add the butter, one tablespoon at a time. Be careful, as the butter may splatter.
  3. Once the butter is completely combined, stir for 3 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and stir for one more minute. Remove from heat and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
