Crunchy Coconutty Granola

Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup raw unsalted cashews
  • ½ cup raw unsalted slivered almonds
  • ½ cup raw unsalted hazelnuts
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure mixture is evenly dispersed over the entire pan. Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until mixture turns golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool.
