Garlic Anise Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 4 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 6 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tbsp anise seeds
  • Coarse sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash, dry, and slice potatoes (with skin) into ½ to ¾ inch wedges.
  3. Slice garlic into ⅓ inch slices.
  4. Toss potatoes, garlic, EVOO, anise seeds, and salt on baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
