Tzatziki

- 8 oz Low Fat Greek yogurt
- 2 oz full fat sour cream
- 1 small cucumber finely chopped into ½ inch cubes (with our without skin)
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh dill finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh mint finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- juice from two lemons (without seeds)
- 1 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients until evenly combined. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour to increase flavor. Serve with fresh pita or vegetables. Enjoy!
