Baked Pumpkin Fries

Baked Pumpkin FriesMy Baked Pumpkin Fries are a simple and healthy alternative to high calorie fries. They are full of flavor and go with any burger or sandwich.

Serves: 4 Servings
Ingredients
  • 1 small pumpkin peeled, seeded and sliced into "fries" shaped strips
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place all ingredients in a large zip top bag.
  4. Seal bag and shake thoroughly to coat pumpkin strips in olive oil and spices.
  5. Place coated fries on baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until pumpkin fries are cooked completely (tender) and slightly crispy on the edges.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
