Ingredients
  • 5 ripe avocados, skin and pits removed
  • 5 whole cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb pasta cooked al dente
  • Optional Garnishes –
  • Toasted pine nuts
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine avocadoes, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt until it becomes a thick and creamy sauce.
  2. Toss with your favorite pasta and serve with toasted pine nuts, parmesan and fresh basil.
